• The only personal information used is the participant's name (optional), stored locally in your browser (Local Storage) and only visible to others on the same video call.
• All calls use peer-to-peer WebRTC technology and media are end-to-end encrypted.
• No recordings or metadata are saved or accessible to by.Video.

Any optional personal data (e.g., a participant name) is processed solely based on your consent, stored only in your browser, and never retained by us.

Since we do not collect or store any personal data, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete under data access laws such as GDPR.

by.Video is not a Business Associate under HIPAA and does not process or store protected health information (PHI), unless explicitly agreed to in writing through a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
